Paid Consultations

We can assist you in many ways, depending on your needs and the type of case. Generally, there are two different ways of charging for our professional services: hourly rate or flat fee. For most cases, it is mutually beneficial for us to charge a flat fee for a determined amount of work (e.g., petitioning for an H-1B visa, applying for a national interest waiver, etc.). But if the total amount of work is difficult to determine at the beginning of the case or if you want us to conduct considerable feasibility analyses of unusual or complicated scenarios, we will offer to assist you at an hourly rate.

If in the evaluation of your case, we feel that we must charge you for a paid consultation to complete the evaluation, we will ask you to schedule a paid consultation. Our current charge for such consultations is $400/hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour.

Of course, if you know in advance that your case is highly unusual or complex, you can simply bypass the "free evaluation" step and ask for a paid consultation. When you schedule your paid consultation with us, we may also ask you to provide various information before the appointment to make sure that we spend our respective time most efficiently and can devote the most time to the most important issues.
