Sample PERM cases

Peng & Weber has obtained many PERM approvals from the Department of the Labor since the implementation of PERM system on March 28, 2005 (with the first case approved on May 24th, 2005), which makes Peng & Weber one of the few immigration law firms in the U.S. who have been able to obtain approvals of PERM cases in the very earliest stage of the implementation of the PERM procedure. Case #3: Position is for a Meteorologist 1. Filed on August 2, 2005, and was approved on August 23, 2005 (the case was approved within 21 days of filing)

Case #4: Position is for Controller. Filed on May 31, 2005, and was approved on August 26, 2005 (this case was approved within 87 days of filing)

Case #5: Position is for Senior Baseband Engineer. Filed on May 12, 2005, and was approved on August 30, 2005 (this case was approved within 110 days of filing)

Case #6: Position is for Interpreter/Translator. Filed on August 31, 2005, and was approved on October 24, 2005. (This case was approved within 55 days of filing.)

Case #7: Position is for Fisheries Biometrician. Filed on September 9, 2005, and was approved on October 26, 2005. (This case was approved within 45 days of filing.)

Case#8: Position is for Stress Engineer. Filed on September 1, 2005, and was approved on October 25, 2005. (This case was approved within 55 days of filing.)

Case #9: Position is for Director of System Engineering. Filed on September 1, 2005, and was approved on October 27, 2005. (This case was approved within 56 days of filing.)

Case #10: Position for Senior Engineer, Standards and Product Management. Filed on October 31, 2005, and was approved on November 10, 2005. (This case was approved within 10 days of filing.)

Case #11: Position is for Civil Engineer Quality Control. Filed on August 31, 2005, and was approved on November 30, 2005. (This case was approved within 91 days of filing.)
